We deliver the goods within the standard period that stands for the country your located. Germany, U.K. and France are normally supplied within 2 working days. Spain, Italy and further takes mostly 3 working days or more.
When ordered before 12.00 h (Dutch time schedule) we try to dispatch the goods the same day, when we have enough stock offcourse.

Pick-up at Carmat
Do you want to pick-up the goods you have ordered? That is possible. We will send you a digital packing list by e-mail with weight and dimensions from your order.
Pick-up from you to Carmat
Did we supply goods that are not according to your packing list? We will take care of that and pick-up the goods. Please take care the goods are well packed and ready for pick-up by our transporter.
