Ordering & Delivery

In case your ordered article is on stock and you have ordered before 13.00 h. we will do our best to send your goods the same day. Depending on the distance your order may take a few days to arrive. You will always receive an orderconfirmation when your product is not on stock.

In case your order is partial available we have the policy to dispatch the goods that are on stock and send the goods that are not on stock later. Our transport costs are depending on the weight of your order. You will not pay more on transport costs then neccesary.
 

Payment

Betaling geschiedt in overleg met ons op 3 manieren te weten: Payment can be done to us in two ways. 
Pro forma payment in advance
Payment withing 30 days net.

As a new foreign customer we kindly request you to make the first order by Pro Forma payment in advance. All our bank details will be stated on your pro forma invoice.
 

Cancell your order

Cancelling your order goes in deliberation with us in all times. When your products are specially made or ordered we can not take them back.

Sending back

Sending back goods always goes in deliberation with us. Please contact us before you send back goods without notice. 

Guarantee & Repair

 In case your product is broke within the guarantee period and the damage has not been caused by the user we solve the problem and find a solution to replace the damaged product.
