Profiles without insert

The U-profile program is available in rubber and sponge rubber. These profiles can be seen as edging profile, but without metal insert. U-profiles are widely used on edges where glue is used or where clamping is not needed.

These profiles are used in cabin, marine and body work industry.

It’s not easy to find a good rubber for the right use. We are always prepared to assist on hardness such as shore, tear strength and oil-resistant, solvent free, and weather circumstances.

The rubber composition that are mostly used are EPDM, NR(natural rubber), SBR, NBR, CR and silicone.
