CARMAT's range not only offers you the option of a black profile, but any desired color is available. CARMAT's PVC Edge Profiles are not only available on rolls but can also be custom-made. Using an alloy of different types of PVC, the desired color is created for you based on RAL. A specially developed X-ray machine scans and cuts the profile to the desired length. The machine carefully monitors where the width of the steel is hidden in the PVC or rubber, preventing protruding metal pieces. Vulcanization is not required after cutting because the finish is highly professional and oxidation is minimal after installation.
