You want to become a customer at Carmat? Welcome! You probably already know that you can come to us for profiles, components or textiles. But you can also come to us for other matters in the way that suits you.

Order & delivery

If your item is in stock and ordered before 12:00, we will always try to ship your order the same day. If you want to place an urgent order after 12:00, we can possibly arrange something in consultation. If your ordered items are not in stock, you will receive an order confirmation.

Payment

You can pay in three different ways at Carmat:

  • Prepayment
  • Payment within 8 days
  • Payment within 30 days

Cancel

Cancelling your order is only possible in consultation. If the items were specially ordered, we unfortunately cannot simply take them back.

Return

Returning items is only possible after consultation. Please contact us in advance before returning the items.

Warranty & repair

If your items are defective within the warranty period, we will work together to find a solution to exchange or refund your defective item. As long as it can be demonstrated that the defect was not caused by the user.
